We all flew to Nice today! Getting there was a bit stressful especially since we had all our luggage, but we made it. We are staying in apartments here. There are 3 of us in each apartment. They are pretty small but we have a nice patio where we eat most of our meals. Today we walked the 5 minutes to the beach as we ate our lunch and man it is gorgeous. I'm so excited to go swimming in that clear beautiful water! We all had a recovery day today. We are all exhausted from the nonstop busy past week. We bought groceries, took naps, then enjoyed cooking dinner. We are all sick of eating out so the variety here is nice. However, we have all been converted and innately have dinner in the French style where it is leisurely and long...it's so nice. You almost always eat dinner with people you like so why not take the time to sit and talk and laugh over good food.
